Job summary

OCS Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager – Technical Cleaning to lead on-site automotive paintshop cleaning programs in Subang. You will plan and oversee operations, supervise cleaning crews, and ensure compliance with client specs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring PM and program management experience in facilities or automotive settings, strong leadership, and cross-language communication skills (Mandarin and Bahasa/English).

Qualifications

• PM and program management skills to plan, execute, and monitor technical cleaning projects in automotive paintshop settings.
• Effective communication in Mandarin and Bahasa/English with clients, site teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Proven team leadership to guide, motivate, and manage on-site cleaning crews and supervisors.
• Solid analytical skills to assess operational performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
• Experience in facilities management or automotive manufacturing environments, preferably in paintshop operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial facilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on-site in Subang under time and quality constraints.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, operations management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical cleaning operations in automotive paintshop environments.
• Develop project plans and schedules; allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Ensure cleaning procedures meet client specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Lead and supervise cleaning teams; guide daily activities and performance.
• Prepare regular reports and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with client representatives and internal stakeholders; manage issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
