Job summary

Pt Teamworx Indonesia in Bekasi is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with Automotive specialization to design and develop critical components for next-generation vehicles. On-site, you will translate concepts into robust designs meeting safety, efficiency, and durability standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years in automotive design, and experience with 3D CAD (CATIA, Siemens NX) and CAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
4+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in automotive.
Strong CAD/CAE skills and knowledge of manufacturability.
Familiarity with automotive standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Design automotive components such as chassis parts, suspension systems, or powertrain elements using CAD tools.
Perform FEA and simulations to validate designs under varying conditions.
Create engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs for manufacturing.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure DFM/DFA.
Test and validate prototypes, analyze results, and drive design improvements.
Keep up-to-date with automotive trends and regulatory requirements.
