Job summary

PT Hexa Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer to develop complex systems and create detailed CAD models and drawings. You will work closely with our German headquarters to ensure standards compliance and efficient production planning.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong English communication, and expertise in NX/Inventor/SolidWorks/Teamcenter, Windchill, and SAP. This position emphasizes cross-border teamwork and technical mentorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in mechanical design.
Strong knowledge of ISO, EN, and DIN standards for drawings.
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software: NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Teamcenter.
Excellent English skills, spoken and written.
Experience in special-purpose machinery design.

Responsibilities

Contribute to mechanical design and development of complex systems with the German office.
Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
Analyse production requirements to determine optimal methods.
Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
Maintain regular communication with the German headquarters.
Act as a key user for office and CAD software.
Support international collaboration with the German office.
