Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end training programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will conduct TNA, design curricula using ADDIE, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes across multiple locations.

Based in Pekanbaru with assignments across Jakarta Pusat and other sites, you will coach employees, maintain materials, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and driving learning impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/LD roles.
• Professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle from TNA to evaluation.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Willingness to travel domestically for learning activities across locations.
• Proficient in English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis across business requirements and performance gaps.
• Design and update learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and reviews.
• Coordinate programs across multiple units and branches.
• Support implementation of programs aligned with standards and ensure consistent execution.
• Coach employees in internal or external development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain training records and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
