Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with bank statement reconciliation logic; AML fund identification principles.
• English proficiency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection operations, including allocation of collection data and coordination of follow‑up tasks.
• Conduct phone-based collections with overdue customers and handle inbound calls from repayment hotlines.
• Oversee outsourced collection agencies, manage vehicle recovery processes, and handle write-offs of bad debts.
• Process offline customer repayments, record payments into the system, and manage refunds for overpayments.
• Participate in testing and provide optimization suggestions for the collections system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
