Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and handle customer inquiries and issues related to pre-loan and post-loan services.
• Timely relay cross-departmental or inter-unit business matters to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Execute customer-facing operations, including customer information updates, repayment processing, and contract information changes.
• Process customer contract closure requests, issue settlement certificates, release-of-lien documents, and related materials, and manage their mailing.
