Job summary

PT Lotte Capital Indonesia invites experienced professionals to join our corporate leasing team. You will develop relationships with new corporate clients and automotive dealers, evaluate credit proposals, and monitor the disbursement process. This role requires travel and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree, English proficiency, 3+ years in leasing, and good financial data understanding. Driver licenses A and C are required for mobility within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Business level in English and computer literate.
• Have experience in leasing company for min. 3 years.
• Strong understanding of credit proposals and financial data.
• Knowledge of passenger car and commercial vehicle leasing.

Responsibilities

• Search and build relationships with prospective corporate customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing corporate customers and automotive dealers.
• Prepare credit simulations, conduct surveys, analyze customers' business, and prepare credit proposal reports.
• Verify lease items/units and perform physical checks.
• Monitor credit proposal process from application to disbursement to dealers.
• Track monthly installments and coordinate with collections if needed.
• Coordinate with other teams to follow company procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Search and make good relationship with new prospective corporate customer.

Maintain good relationship with existing corporate customers and also automotive dealers.

Prepare credit simulation, conduct survey, analyzing customers business, prepare needed document and prepare credit proposal report.

Do lease item / unit verification or physical checking.

Monitor credit proposal application process up to disbursement to dealer.

Monitoring customer monthly installment payment and coordinate with collection team if needed.

Coordinate with other teams to make sure all work process are based on company procedures / regulations.

Other's duties that given by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree from reputable university.

Business level in English and computer literate.

Have experience in leasing company for min. 3 years

Have good understanding about credit proposal & other financial data.

Have good knowledge about passenger car & commercial vehicle leasing business.

Willing to work mobile and do business trip (possess driver license type A & C is a must).

Passionate in marketing, well groomed, good communication skills, have strong initiative, honest, highly disciplined, and well organized.

Have a strong network and customer database, preferably in automotive or corporate segment.
