Job summary

PT. THAIPOLLUTECH MACHINERY INDONESIA is recruiting a Project Sales Engineer in West Java to bridge technical capabilities with client needs. You will identify opportunities, tailor automation proposals, and drive revenue growth across the manufacturing sector.

You will manage full sales cycles, collaborate with engineering teams, travel to customer sites, and build lasting relationships with key accounts to support business expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial machinery sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of press stamping machinery and automation systems.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B sales deals and meeting targets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new sales opportunities within press stamping and automation sectors.
• Conduct technical consultations with prospective clients to understand production challenges.
• Prepare detailed project proposals and quotations addressing customer needs with ROI.
• Present press stamping automation solutions to decision makers and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost‑effectiveness of solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project closure and handover.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts.
