Vision Ease Asia is seeking an Automation Engineer in Indonesia to inspect, repair, and maintain production machines within the automation system. The role involves planning automation development, identifying critical automation items, and coordinating maintenance with the maintenance team.

The candidate will collect data, analyze productivity improvements, and prepare reports on project progress while pursuing the company’s quality objectives and implementing corrective and preventive actions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering.
• Ability to program PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to program and teach multi-axis robot arms (robot arm).
• Understanding electrical and engineering settings, drive motion, linear motion and robotics systems.
• Understanding pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Understanding drawing techniques, mechanical and wiring diagrams/electrical installation.
• Understand the principle of weak and strong electric current.

Aufgaben

• Inspect and carry out repair and maintenance activities for production machines related to the automation system/control system.
• Plan automation development according to company needs.
• Determine critical items related to the automation system and create a maintenance plan.
• Communicate maintenance plan with related maintenance section.
• Collect data related to automation and perform analysis to increase productivity.
• Create reports on project progress.
• Carry out activities to achieve the company’s quality goals.
• Make correction and prevention measures for not achieving quality goals.
