Job summary

Vision Ease Asia is seeking an Automation Engineer to inspect, repair, and maintain production machines tied to the automation and control systems.

The role requires planning automation development, identifying critical items, and creating maintenance plans. You will communicate with the maintenance team, collect data to boost productivity, and report on project progress while pursuing quality goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering.
Proficient PLC and HMI programming.
Experience programming robot arms (multi-axis and Cartesian).
Knowledge of electrical, drive motion, linear motion, and robotics.
Understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Know basic electrical theory (weak/strong current).

Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, and maintain production machines related to automation systems.
Plan automation development according to company needs.
Identify critical automation items and create maintenance plans.
Communicate maintenance plans with related maintenance section.
Collect data and analyze to increase productivity.
Create progress reports on ongoing projects.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to meet quality goals.
