PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance & Inventory Controller at the Merak Plant in Cilegon to monitor equipment status, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure timely materials. You will perform routine checks and coordinate with engineers to keep packaging and automation lines operating safely.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years on bagging machines, conveyors or ASRS; knowledge of inventory control and SAP or WMS is a plus; willing to be stationed onsite in Merak.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years’ experience in bagging machines, conveyors, and automated warehouse systems.
• Experience with inventory control and material flow concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP & WMS is an advantage.
• Reading operational instructions and maintaining field log sheets.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain records of equipment status, inventory and orders for replacement parts.
• Perform routine checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues and optimise equipment utilisation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and usage.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE per HSE regulations.
• Carry out daily tasks and report abnormalities to engineers.
