Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to design, build, and run the training framework for our fintech client’s Gadai BPKB auto-finance business in Indonesia. You will develop telesales curricula, product playbooks, scripts, onboarding programs, and coaching guides for frontline agents handling two-wheeler and four-wheeler financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training, Enablement, or related function.
• Supervisory or team management experience in call center or telesales.
• Experience in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, or fintech/banking lending.
• Experience developing training curricula, modules, scripts, onboarding, and coaching frameworks.
• Strong understanding of telesales operations and funnels.
• Ability to translate complex financial products into training material.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve sales training curricula and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
• Create product explanations, scripts, objection-handling guides, and eligibility materials.
• Translate partner requirements into practical training materials for frontline agents.
• Deliver onboarding and product training for new telesales agents.
• Conduct call monitoring, pitch audits, and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks for process improvement.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to boost productivity and conversion.
• Coordinate with Chinese leadership and local teams on training progress.
