Job summary

PetroSea in Kalimantan Tengah, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Training Specialist to design and implement mechanical and auto-electrical training for asset maintenance personnel, ensuring skills align with identified competencies and safety commitments. You will supervise training delivery across sites, prepare reports for the Training Superintendent, and help with on-job training, module development, and assessment processes.

Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training experience in mining operations.
• Experience with heavy equipment simulators.
• TOT/WTAC certification.
• Strong presentation and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel to all company sites.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training programs and assessments for maintenance personnel.
• Generate weekly and monthly training reports for supervision.
• Develop and implement training and assessment processes per procedures.
• Assist site Training Coordinators with TNA and on-job training.
• Ensure SHE programs are incorporated and compliant with ISO standards.
