Job summary

ini vie hospitality in Bali's Ubud area is seeking an Asst. Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our resort portfolio.

You will plan and execute campaigns, manage digital marketing, branding, and social media, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling content. Strong storytelling and analytics are required.

1–3 years in hospitality marketing are preferred; Bali-based candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, resort, or villa.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and communications.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Content planning, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, professional, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately is preferred.
