Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager for our Bali-based team at Equipoise Resort in Ubud. The role focuses on marketing strategy, branding, and digital campaigns to drive guest engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality marketing, with strong content, social media, and analytical skills, and the ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotel, resort, or villa.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and communication.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, professional, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately is preferred.
