Job summary

aksari luxury resort & spa ubud in Bali seeks an Asst. Chief Engineering Manager to oversee the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations, including MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering and 3–5 years in hospitality engineering, with proven leadership to coordinate across Operations, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Engineering/Maintenance in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, and other MEP systems.
• Familiar with maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and technical reporting.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Able to supervise Engineering team and daily maintenance activities.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Requirements
