Job summary

Super is seeking an Associate Accounting Services Manager to lead the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, ensuring policies and procedures are followed with accuracy and timeliness.

The role focuses on data entry, validation, processing invoices, and monitoring all transactions with vendors to ensure reliable financial operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related majors.
• Min 4 years of experience in AR & AP functions.
• Experience in AR & AP processes, especially in retail industry.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the Accounts Payable & Account Receivable department (including team members).
• Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures the AP and AR flow within the companys financial obligations are met efficiently.
• Will be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices.
• Keeps track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors.
