Job summary

PT Mutu Gading Tekstil (Surakarta) is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage import procurement and local sourcing. The role focuses on supplier negotiation, vendor management, and ensuring timely deliveries across logistics channels.

The candidate should have 5 years of experience in procurement, import, and logistics, with strong negotiation and analytical skills, plus ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: S1 All Major
• Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement, import, and logistics
• Technical skills: proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Office, and inventory management software
• Knowledge: strong understanding of import/export regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures
• Competencies: strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Import procurement: manage import procurement
• Local procurement: source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards
• Supplier Management: evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contract, and build relationships with both foreign and local suppliers
• Logistics & tracking: coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics teams to track shipment and ensure timely delivery
• Cost optimization: analyze market trends to reduce procurement cost and improve budget efficiency
