We seek an Associate Product Manager to shape our enterprise SaaS product, collaborating with engineers, designers, and cross-functional leaders to drive development from ideation to launch.

You will conduct market and user research, gather requirements from external clients, and work with the CTO and COO to define product strategy and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in documentation and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation and design input.
• Create technical documentation, implement change requests, and provide support.
• Act as liaison with external clients for requirements gathering and alignment.
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze user feedback to refine product features.
• Collaborate with CTO and COO to define requirements and maintain docs.
