Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta is hiring an Associate Product Manager for AI Products to guide internal AI-powered offerings built by our Data team. You will lead discovery, build prototypes, validate them with users, and ensure adoption and measurable business value.

You will work with business teams to identify workflows, partner with data professionals to prioritize and deliver solutions, track usage and impact, and drive continuous product improvement after launch.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Familiar with and up to date on AI trends and tools (LLMs, AI assistants, vibe coding tools), with hands-on experience using them
• Able to see how AI can solve real business problems and unlock business value
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach
• Comfortable building prototypes and working with data to measure impact
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills are a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Kredivo is hiring an Associate Product Manager, AI Products in our Jakarta Office who will manage internal AI-powered products built by our Data team. This position will report to the PM Data Products and will be accountable for making sure these products are adopted by business teams and deliver measurable business value. In this role you will also be responsible for leading product discovery, including building prototypes and validating them with users. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting testing before launch, driving adoption after launch, and propelling continuous improvement.
