Job summary

Grab is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to join the Group Internal Audit team in Jakarta. You will support mobility, deliveries, and corporate-risk assessments, including SOX testing, with a strong data-analytics focus and AI-enabled processes.

You will work directly with the Senior Manager Mobility and Deliveries Audit, developing risk-based plans, drafting reports, and presenting findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent; professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIA) adds value.
• 4+ years of audit and risk advisory experience including SOX.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, JavaScript) and BI platforms; willingness to work on-site in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Mobility and Deliveries Audit as part of the Mobility & Deliveries Audit team.
• Focus on risks from Grab Mobility & Deliveries activities and related Corporate functions, including SOX testing.
• Plan and perform risk-based assessments; evaluate business environment and processes.
• Support risk advisory reviews and business improvement activities.
• Prepare draft/final reports and present audit findings.
• Utilize Generative AI to support daily tasks.
• Develop business relations with Grab Mobility & Deliveries management; act as trusted risk advisor on controls.

Group Internal Audit is an independent function providing objective assurance and advisory services to Grab's senior leadership. Using a disciplined, risk-based approach to evaluate risks, processes, and internal controls, the team spans diverse business and tech domains to match Grab's environment.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Mobility and Deliveries Audit, you will join a 7-person team covering Grab's Mobility, Deliveries, and Corporate functions. We are looking for a candidate with experience in audit and risk advisory experience. With experience complements data analytics skills. You will working for design and implement audit steps, evaluating governance, financial, operational, regulatory, and business continuity risks.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Support the Head of Mobility and Deliveries Audit as part of the Mobility & Deliveries Audit team.
• Work with the Mobility and Deliveries Audit team, focusing on all risks arising from the activities of the Grab Mobility & Deliveries business, and certain Corporate functions within Grab, including SOX testing.
• Plan and perform risk-based assessments, evaluate the business environment, related monitoring and processes.
• Support risk advisory reviews and business improvement activities.
• Prepare draft/ final report and help present audit findings.
• Usage of Generative AI to support efficient completion of daily tasks.
• Develop business relations with Grab Mobility & Deliveries business management, and be the trusted risk advisor on control related matters.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent, with professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, and CIA) as an added advantage.
• 4+ years of audit and risk advisory (including Sarbanes-Oxley) experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in productivity tools, including Google is necessary. Additionally, skillsets in data analytics, such as SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, KNIME, Power BI, and Tableau, are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in usage of several Large Language Models (LLM) such as GPT, Gemini, Claude.
• Based on-site at the Jakarta office, with the ability to travel for work as required.
