Job summary

You will coordinate with stakeholders and tech teams to ensure clear, actionable specifications.

Candidates should hold a related bachelor's degree and have 1–5 years of relevant experience. IT project exposure is advantageous and strong documentation skills are required.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Business Management or related field.
• Junior level: 1–2 years of relevant experience; Middle level: 2–5 years.
• Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Able to prepare BRD, FSD, and process flow diagrams.
• Understand business process analysis and requirements mapping.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in IT projects is an advantage.
