Job summary

Bukalapak in Indonesia is seeking an Associate HRBP to support managers and employees across HR initiatives, including engagement, performance management, learning & development, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience including HRBP exposure or related areas.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in HR data and reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in providing day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing HR data to identify trends and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Support the execution of performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee and HR-related data and documentation accurately.
• Support HR projects related to talent management, organizational development, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.

About the Role

As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will support the HR team in partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective people initiatives and day-to-day HR support.
