Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an Associate Digital Content Specialist in Jakarta. The role covers reviewing multimedia proposals, coordinating with the Video Development Section Head, and hands-on shooting and editing of video content.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience at senior staff level, with ACE certification. Responsibilities include equipment planning, lighting and audio decisions, ongoing calibration of gear, and contributing to multimedia development

Responsibilities

• Review multimedia request proposals.
• Evaluate multimedia production results and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Video Development Section Head for reporting.
• Shoot footage and assist in video editing.
• Determine camera equipment requirements and obtain equipment.
• Make technical decisions on lighting, shooting angles and audio.
• Calibrate multimedia equipment regularly.
• Contribute to multimedia development and process improvements.
• Maintain production records and updates.
• Support quality management and time/cost efficiency.

Conduct regular calibration process of related multimedia equipment (e.g., cameras, audio and video recorders, other production equipment) 9. Sustain creative process related to multimedia development 10. Work on special projects as requested 11. Suggest improvement process related to multimedia development 12. Provide all product development records maintenance and updates 13.
