Job summary

MANUSA in Bandung is seeking an experienced Creative Lead to oversee video and photo production. You will guide the creative direction, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate with internal teams to schedule a compelling content calendar that aligns with our brand objectives.

You will manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to brand guidelines, while contributing your expertise in graphic design, photography, or video production as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience, with 2–3 years in leadership or project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in video, photography, and/or graphic design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Lightroom; familiarity with Sony Alpha 7 III.
• Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in video, photography, and/or graphic design is also required.
• A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire content creation process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom is a must. You should also be highly familiar with using mirrorless cameras, specifically the Sony Alpha 7 III.
• Experience with After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to overcome creative and logistical challenges.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
• Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & to travel frequently.
