Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team. You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment, troubleshoot faults, and help customers keep their systems running safely and reliably across multiple sites.

You will work end-to-end with a safety-first mindset, communicating clearly with customers and colleagues, documenting findings, and providing practical recommendations for performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
• Experience working with YORK, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi or Mitsubishi Electric equipment.
• Experience across chiller, DX, split, VRV/VRF, AHU or ventilation plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and commission Water Chillers, AC and HVAC systems.
• Fault-find and repair across Chillers, DX, Split, VRV/VRF, AHUs and ventilation plant.
• Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Carry out all work in line with Zero Harm expectations and safe working practices.
• Support customers with responsive communication, technical guidance and professional site conduct.

What We Look For:

Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
