Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team supporting customers. You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment across multiple sites, diagnosing faults quickly and ensuring safe, reliable operation.
You will apply strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills, interpret schematics and carry out clear service documentation. A Level 3 HVAC qualification and experience with major equipment brands are preferred.

In this role, you will be a trusted technical expert, delivering high-quality service across multiple customer sites. You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment, resolve faults efficiently and help customers keep their systems running safely and reliably.
Service, maintain and commission Water Chillers, AC and HVAC systems. Fault-find and repair across Chillers, DX, Split, VRV/VRF, AHUs and ventilation plant. Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations. Carry out all work in line with Zero Harm expectations and safe working practices. Support customers with responsive communication, technical guidance and professional site conduct.
Own your work end to end by taking accountability for safe, high-quality service delivery on every job. Stay close to the work by understanding customer needs on site, identifying issues quickly and removing obstacles before they affect performance. Improve every day through clear diagnostics, honest feedback and practical problem-solving that gets to the root cause. Work as one team with customers, colleagues and support functions, sharing knowledge and building trust across every site visit. Keep records accurate and useful so service reports, findings and recommendations are clear, timely and easy to act on. Bring a safety-first mindset to every task, balancing speed, quality and integrity in the way you work.
Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer. Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills. Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data. Self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working independently. Level 3 HVAC qualification. Experience working with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi or Mitsubishi Electric equipment. Experience across chiller, DX, split, VRV/VRF, AHU or ventilation plant environments.
