Job summary

Suara Air Resort Ubud seeks a results-driven Sales professional to join our hospitality team in Bali. You will drive hotel and resort bookings, nurture relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hotel/resort sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of Bali's hospitality market. Based in Bali or willing to relocate, with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Hotel/Resort or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali hospitality and tourism market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and networking skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales/reporting tools.
• Have a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own transportation is preferred.
• Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
