Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum S1 degree in IT, Information Systems, Information Technology, Geomatics, Geography, or related field
- Experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or System Analysis
- Understanding of SDLC and system implementation processes
- Experience with GIS, ArcGIS and QGIS/Open Source GIS
- Experience with database migration or migration projects
- Ability to create BRD/FRD, process flows, blueprints, proposals and project documentation
- Strong coordination and presentation skills with Senior Management

This role involves requirement gathering and analysis from end-users, translating business needs into requirement documents, process flows and project blueprints. You will act as a bridge between end-users, IT Head and relevant stakeholders, supporting the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables. You will coordinate with IT teams, users and vendors during project execution, oversee GIS, application, system integration and database work, and manage database migration planning and execution including data mapping, cleansing, validation and testing. You will create proposals, blueprints, documentation, reports and presentation materials, provide project progress updates to Senior Management and stakeholders, and help identify and monitor issues, risks, dependencies and action items to completion.

Ability to create and deliver presentations to Senior Management
