Job summary

VLink Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in data migration to lead extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation for major system transitions. You will analyze large datasets, perform profiling, and ensure data integrity across source and target platforms.

The role requires strong SQL/Excel skills, BI tool familiarity, and excellent English communication. On-site work at Pulomas Office, East Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with hands-on experience in data migration projects, including system transitions, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to manage, migrate, and analyze large datasets with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality controls, particularly during data migration processes.
• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring data accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work on-site at the Pulomas Office, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Analyze and process large datasets to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout migration projects.
• Perform data profiling and identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and quality issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and Excel-based analysis to validate migrated data and ensure alignment between source and target systems.
• Establish and maintain data quality controls and follow data governance standards throughout the migration process.
• Prepare data validation reports, reconciliation results, and migration documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to understand data requirements and resolve migration-related issues.
• Identify data-related business problems and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor migration progress, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous process improvements.
