Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) seeks a bilingual translator/support specialist in West Java to bridge local teams and Mandarin-speaking staff, ensuring smooth department coordination. You will assist management with communication, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional tasks, while providing admin support such as data entry and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a reputable university.
• Fluent Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent) written and spoken.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or admin/ops experience is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
• Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily translation and communication activities between local and Mandarin-speaking employees to ensure smooth coordination within the department.
• Assist managerial and operational teams in handling communication, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate verbal conversations, meetings, emails, reports, SOPs, and other business-related documents accurately and professionally.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, report preparation, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational processes run efficiently and according to company standards.
• Provide back-up support to team members and assist with additional operational tasks when required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with minimum HSK Level 5 or equivalent proficiency.
