Job summary

J&T Cargo (PT Global Jet Cargo) in Karawang seeks an Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to provide daily administrative and operational support to the Manager. You will assist with Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English communications, translate documents, and coordinate meetings.

You will analyze data, prepare reports and presentations using MS Office, manage schedules and travel, and handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree from any major.
• Candidate MUST have capability in MANDARIN languages both conversation, reading & writing
• Skilled at data processing using Ms. Office.
• Self driven, motivated, High Integrity & responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Manager.
• Assist with verbal and written communication in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
• Translate documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
• Support ad hoc projects and other assignments from the Manager.
