Job summary

Grab is seeking a Marketing Execution Associate to join our Jabodetabek team. You will support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing strategies across multiple products, and ensure smooth execution of programs.

This on-site role is based in our Jakarta office and reports to the Marketing Execution Manager. You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze market insights, manage city operations, and help budget and channel management to drive impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative).
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and managing campaigns.
• Ability to gather consumer insights within the Jabodetabek region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products for Jabodetabek.
• Implement marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage partner initiatives and stakeholder relations.
• Gather and analyze marketing insights and data to support decision-making.
• Oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage marketing timelines.
• Help manage the Jabodetabek marketing budget and channels for consistent messaging.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Execution Associate to join our dynamic team in the Jabodetabek region. You will support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple business products. You will help ensure a smooth execution of marketing programs. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products, using insights and demographics specific to the Jabodetabek region.


• Help implement marketing campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring successful outcomes.


• Collaborate with the Marketing Execution Manager and cross-functional teams, including the Marketing partnership team, Strategy and Planning team, and the Commercial team, to manage partner-facing initiatives and work with stakeholders from other verticals.


• Gather and analyze marketing insights, and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to support decision-making.


• Help oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals.


• Help manage the marketing budget for Jabodetabek, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


• Help handle various marketing channels, including in-app communications, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.


• Contribute to team development and performance by providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have at least 4+ years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with a ability to support integrated strategy development and help manage campaigns.


• You have knowledge of the market and have experience gathering consumer insights within the region.


• You are driven and eager to embrace challenges.


• You can think outside of the box and able to help develop innovative marketing ideas through multiple channels.


• You have an eye for detail and able to help maintain the quality of all marketing materials and communications, and support budget management.


• You can articulate your thoughts in structured manner and deliver it different counterparts.
