Job summary

Ayana is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to support the Financial Controller for the efficient running of the Finance Department in Karawang Barat, West Java. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal control within the hotel finance team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor degree in accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in hotel operations, and will be proficient in English and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial position, hotel background preferred.
• Experience with reputable public accounting firm desirable.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel accounting systems (Sun System, Material Control); SAP is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulation and experience with tax reporting and audits.
• Strong leadership, good communication and results orientation.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office.
• Conducts financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.

We are looking for highly motivated Assistant Financial Controller who will assist Financial Controller for the efficient running of the Finance Department through planning, organizing, directing and controlling in line with Hotel’s policies and standards whilst meeting employee, guests and owners expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office.
• Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• This position is direct report to Financial Controller.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting from a reputable university (Min. GPA 3.0)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial position. Hotel background is preferable.
• Have experience working with reputable public accounting firm.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel accounting system (Sun System, Material control). Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulation and must have experience handling tax reporting and tax audit
• Strong leadership, good communication skill, and result-oriented
• Good command of English in both verbal and written
• Proficient in excel is a must
