Job summary

Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa in Bali seeks a skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee MEP, civil, and plumbing operations. You will report directly to the Chief Engineering and Resort Manager and lead a team to maintain energy-saving initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a similar position, strong leadership, and excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills. Willingness to relocate to Nusa Lembongan is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in the same position.
• Able to handle MEP, Civil, and Plumbing.
• Familiar with engineering systems, energy saving, and vendor connections.
• Able to deliver offline training aligned with SOP monitoring.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with team, owners and vendors.
• Willing to move to Nusa Lembongan.
