Job summary

Batu Karang Lembongan Resort and Spa is seeking a capable engineering supervisor who will report directly to the Chief Engineering and Resort Manager. The role requires overseeing MEP, civil, and plumbing disciplines while guiding the engineering team on energy-saving initiatives.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with vendors and owners, and be willing to relocate to Nusa Lembongan to support on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in the same position.
• Able to handle the MEP, Civil, and Plumbing.
• Good Leadership and able to drive the team.
• Familiar with Engineering system, energy saving, and connection to vendors and suppliers.
• Able to deliver Offline Training aligned with SOP monitoring.
• Good communication and negotiation skill to team, owners and vendors.
• Will ing to move to Nusa Lembongan.
