Job summary

Menjangan Dynasty Resort is seeking a Supervisor Engineer to oversee the Engineering Department on-site in Bali. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, leading technicians, and enforcing hotel standards and safety protocols.

You will manage CMMS and work orders, handle budgeting and inventory, and coordinate across departments while ensuring quick response to emergencies and adherence to energy conservation and sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years experience as Engineering Supervisor in hospitality or large facilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, Generator, Water Treatment, Pump.
• Hands-on knowledge of HT/LT panels, distribution, lighting, fire alarm system.
• Hands-on knowledge of water supply, sanitary, sewage treatment, swimming pool systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with CMMS, work orders, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and evaluate technicians and daily work orders.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems (HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, Generator, Water Treatment, Pump).
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems (HT/LT panel, distribution, lighting, fire alarm).
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems (water supply, sanitary, sewage, pool).
• Manage CMMS and work order systems.
• Handle budgeting, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with other departments effectively.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, energy conservation, and sustainability programs.
