Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Repair and Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize repair activities across the R&M office and workshop in Riau. You will align maintenance priorities with workshop capacity and ensure timely material availability to support asset readiness.

The role requires strong skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems, plus collaboration with multiple internal teams to minimize delays and improve turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years in repair and maintenance planning or similar.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, Sourcing, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely parts.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders and schedules.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate 30-, 60-, and 90-day Master Repair Schedule (MRS).
• Plan and schedule repairs across office and workshop, aligned with priorities and capacity.
• Monitor spare parts readiness >90% for 30-day look-ahead to ensure materials availability.
• Support asset readiness target >95% through scheduling, material planning, and coordination.
• Ensure spare parts inventory and material readiness to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with R&M Supervisors, Product Line Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing.
• Manage and monitor daily repair and maintenance work orders, updating schedules and priorities.
• Track spare parts requirements and supplier delivery commitments to align with demand.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and delays; address them promptly.
• Provide cost visibility by forecasting and tracking key cost drivers from the schedule.
• Monitor adherence and performance, reporting to R&M Manager and stakeholders.
