Weatherford is seeking a Repair and Maintenance Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate repair activities across its R&M office and workshop in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing the 30-, 60-, and 90-day Master Repair Schedule to optimize asset readiness, minimize downtime, and improve repair turnaround times.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in repair and maintenance planning/scheduling or related ops.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for work orders and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders for parts/materials.
• Ability to monitor schedules, performance, and asset readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain 30-, 60-, and 90-day Master Repair Schedule (MRS).
• Manage planning and scheduling across office and workshop ensuring capacity alignment.
• Maintain spare parts readiness >90% for 30-day look-ahead.
• Support asset readiness target >95% through scheduling and material planning.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing for priorities and readiness.
• Track WOs, update schedules, and report progress to R&M Manager.
