Job summary

PT Dewa Kopi Indonesia is seeking an Asset Management Supervisor to oversee the full lifecycle of production assets, from acquisition to decommissioning. You will coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize capital expenditure.

You will track OEE, manage spare parts inventory, negotiate SLAs with contractors, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain a digital asset registry to support capacity planning and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset lifecycle management and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CapEx evaluation and budgeting.
• Familiar with safety and compliance standards.
• Ability to optimize capacity and OEE.

Capital Expenditure (CapEx): Evaluate, justify, and manage budgets for new technology.

OEE Optimization: Track and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness across automated packing and processing lines.

Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory to ensure quick repairs without overstocking capital.

Vendor Management: Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) with contractors.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all production assets meet strict standards.
