Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage daily collection operations, coordinate follow-ups, and oversee outsourced agencies. The role requires a finance background, fluency in Indonesian and English, and strong Excel and reconciliation skills.

Advanced AML knowledge and online banking experience are essential. You will ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and strict financial ethics, with potential overtime during month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience in automotive or consumer finance collections is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken Indonesian; able to prepare fund ledgers and explain anomalies; basic office communication in English.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with bank statement reconciliation; AML knowledge; experience with enterprise online banking systems.
• Numerical accuracy, detail-oriented, risk-aware; able to report issues promptly; overtime during month-end reconciliation.
• High integrity with strict financial ethics; no history of fund fraud or accounting errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Prior experience in automotive finance or consumer finance, particularly in funds or collections roles, is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken Indonesian; capable of preparing fund ledgers and drafting clear explanations for anomalies; fluent in basic office communication.
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiar with corporate bank statement reconciliation logic; understanding of basic AML anti-money laundering fund identification principles; experience with enterprise online banking operations.
• Highly sensitive to numbers, detail-oriented, and vigilant in risk detection. Strong execution ability with a commitment to promptly reporting issues without delay. Willing to work overtime during month-end cash reconciliation and inventory tasks.
• Exceptional integrity and strict adherence to financial ethics: strictly prohibited from accessing, disclosing, or privately manipulating account fund information. No history of fund fraud or accounting errors.
• Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with multiple local Indonesian bank online banking systems; experience with financial institutions’ automatic repayment deduction mechanisms; hands‑on experience in anti-money laundering (AML) operational procedures.
• Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
