Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Asset Management Manager to lead the company’s asset portfolio across manufacturing, transport and logistics in Jakarta. You will optimise asset utilisation, manage depreciation, and ensure assets are maintained to high standards.

You will establish policies, maintain registers, conduct audits, and provide insights to senior management while mentoring staff and coordinating with procurement for optimal asset decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in asset management within manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Knowledge of asset depreciation and reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP and asset management software.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management policies to maximise lifecycle value.
• Maintain asset registers including acquisitions, depreciation and disposal.
• Conduct asset audits and ensure accounting compliance.
• Monitor asset performance and coordinate maintenance or replacement.
• Collaborate with procurement for asset purchasing decisions.
• Manage asset disposal processes per policy and regulations.
• Prepare asset management reports for senior management.
• Mentor and supervise asset management staff.
