Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an experienced Executive Education liaison to build strong client relationships and identify learning needs. The role emphasizes coordinating learning programs, advising customers, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master-Degree in Psychology with 2–4 years of senior staff experience in HR/training settings, strong communication, and presentation skills. The position is based at our Jakarta center.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships to identify learning needs from Clients and Partners.
• Coordinate processes to minimize complaints from Executives Education stakeholders.
• Visit clients to assess needs and suggest learning and development programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor with customer support to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate customer needs across departments for effective solutions.
• Analyze data and match products to customer requirements.
