Job summary

Lamipak Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize ASRS capacity, and analyze productivity across warehouse operations. You will enhance efficiency through standardization, automation support, and data-driven decision-making, while leading a high-performing team.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS and SAP, and English proficiency to read SOPs and communicate with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations; experience with ASRS is a plus
• Functional English proficiency to read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and quality/safety documents in English; communicate basic production updates; and liaise with HQ teams when required
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP
• Strong knowledge and experience in warehouse improvement and optimization
• Certification in Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management; Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Maximize ASRS capacity utilization through storage capacity review, slotting optimization, and material flow analysis
• Analyze and implement improvements related to warehouse productivity, including manpower, equipment, and operational processes
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze warehouse efficiency reports to support operational decision-making
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as productivity, utilization, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Support warehouse automation and digitalization projects to improve operational performance
• Develop process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve service levels
• Manage high quality team and their performance consistency
