You will oversee accounting, revenue management, and campus operations, preparing you for broader financial leadership within a not-for-profit international school community.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience (school or non-profit background is a strong plus).
• Advanced mastery of MYOB and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, financial modelling).
• Knowledge of Indonesian SAK standards and tax laws.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Numbers: Oversee general ledgers, monthly financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting using MYOB and Engage.
• Manage Revenue: Direct tuition collection, coordinate family payment plans, and track auxiliary revenue streams.
• Drive Campus Operations: Negotiate vendor contracts, oversee procurement, and ensure safety and compliance across all campus facilities.
• Step Into Leadership: Supervise front-office staff, optimise administrative processes, and lead the business office during the Business Manager’s absence.
