Job summary

PT Guna Prakasa Utama (Farmanina Clinic) seeks an experienced Assistant Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations, manage inventories, and ensure safe medication handling within our growing healthcare facility in Jakarta. Reporting to the pharmacist, you will assist with dispensing, record-keeping, storage compliance, and collaboration with the medical team to deliver quality patient care.

Minimum D3 Farmasi and prior assistant pharmacist experience preferred; strong organization and teamwork

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare organization at PT Guna Prakasa Utama (Farmanina Clinic). In this role, you will support the clinic's pharmacy operations, ensure proper medication management, and assist in providing safe and efficient pharmaceutical services. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Assist in preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with prescriptions and applicable procedures.

Manage and monitor medication inventory, including stock availability and expiration dates.

Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and pharmaceutical transactions.

Support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and applicable healthcare standards.

Coordinate with the medical team to support smooth clinic operations.

What we're looking for

Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy (D3 Farmasi).

Previous work experience as an Assistant Pharmacist (Asisten Apoteker).

Good understanding of medication management, storage, and inventory control.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical administration and documentation.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
