Job summary

PT Guna Prakasa Utama (Farmanina Clinic) seeks an experienced Assistant Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations, manage inventories, and ensure safe medication handling within our growing healthcare facility in Jakarta. Reporting to the pharmacist, you will assist with dispensing, record-keeping, storage compliance, and collaboration with the medical team to deliver quality patient care.

Minimum D3 Farmasi and prior assistant pharmacist experience preferred; strong organization and teamwork

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in medication handling.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and dispensing medications per prescriptions.
• Manage and monitor medication inventory including stock and expiry dates.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and pharmaceutical transactions.
• Support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with the medical team to support clinic operations.
