Job summary

The Mutual Golf is seeking an Art Director to translate creative concepts into strong visual directions across content, campaigns, events and brand initiatives. You will lead the visual execution from concept to final output, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.

Collaborating with Content, Social Media, Partnership and Production teams, you will guide designers, photographers, videographers and interns, oversee key visuals, and push trends while delivering high‑quality creative outputs

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in art direction or graphic design
• Strong portfolio showing branding and campaigns
• Proficient in typography and visual storytelling
• Able to translate briefs into clear visuals

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into strong visual directions across content, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
• Lead the visual execution from concept to final output, ensuring brand consistency
• Provide creative direction to designers, interns, photographers, videographers, and other collaborators
• Collaborate with Content, Social Media, Partnership, and Production teams to turn briefs into visuals
• Create and oversee key visuals, campaign identities, social assets, editorial materials, event collateral, and merchandise
• Review outputs and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality
• Explore visual trends and cultural insights while keeping the brand distinctive
• Support shoots and activations from a visual direction perspective
• Manage multiple projects to meet timelines and quality standards
• Contribute ideas beyond design execution across campaigns and brand experiences
