Job summary

F4Elements in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, is seeking a mid-level Visual Designer to shape fashion retail campaigns from concept through final artwork. You’ll translate briefs into visually strong concepts and develop assets across channels.

Collaborating with account executives, planners, copywriters and the creative team, you will ensure brand guidelines are followed while keeping a clean, modern aesthetic and consistent visual identity across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute day-to-day visual design for Fashion Retail campaigns from concept to final artwork
• Translate briefs and marketing messages into strong visual concepts
• Develop visual direction, key visuals, assets and adaptations across channels
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines with a clean, simple, and consistent aesthetic
• Collaborate with Account Executive, Strategic Planner, Copywriter and Creative Team on ideas
• Adapt designs for formats: social media, digital assets, OOH, in-store, POSM, promos
• Review and refine artwork based on internal and client feedback
• Maintain consistency of visual identity across touchpoints
• Support Art Director in developing concepts and visuals
• Stay updated on design trends in fashion and retail to bring fresh ideas

• Develop visual direction, key visuals, campaign assets, and adaptations across various channels.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, while maintaining a clean, simple, functional, and visually consistent aesthetic.
• Work closely with Account Executive, Strategic Planner, Copywriter, and Creative Team to develop campaign ideas and visual executions.
• Handle design adaptation for various formats, including social media, digital assets, OOH, in-store communication, POSM, promotional materials, and campaign collaterals.
• Review and refine artwork based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Maintain consistency of visual identity across multiple campaign touchpoints.
• Support the Art Director/Creative Lead in developing campaign concepts and visual presentations.
• Stay updated with design trends, fashion, retail, and visual communication references to bring fresh ideas into daily campaign work.
