Job summary

The Mutual Golf is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape its look across digital content, campaigns, collaborations, and live events. You will develop visual systems, translate briefs into distinctive directions, and own projects from concept to final execution.

You'll collaborate with Social Media, Editorial, Production, Partnership and Commercial teams to maintain brand consistency, push creative boundaries, and mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality visuals for everything

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience across media and campaigns.
• A portfolio showing visual identity and editorial work.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop a visual direction and not only execute references.
• Knowledge of current design trends in social media and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts across social media, campaigns, events, and brand collaborations.
• Translate briefs into distinctive visual directions aligned with The Mutual Golf.
• Own design projects from concept through final execution.
• Create and maintain visual systems for recurring content and events.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Editorial, Production, Partnership, and Commercial teams.
• Develop key visuals across digital, print, merchandise, and signage.
• Ensure visual consistency across daily output and campaigns.
• Contribute design references and trends to evolve the brand.
• Review junior designers and interns with constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple requests and timelines maintaining high craft.
